Job Description:
Description: The HRIS Specialist provides HR data reporting, HR analytics and support for HR systems implementation. This position plays a critical role in data integrity and is a liaison to IT, and Payroll.
Typical Duties:
- Receive, review, audit, and approve onboarding documentation from the Talent Consultants to onboard new employees.
- Process pay rate changes, status changes, terminations, and personal data changes in the HRIS system.
- Responds to management and employee inquiries with analytical research regarding information documented in the HRIS system
- Assists with department projects relating to employee updates
- Work closely with the other HR Departments (Talent Management, Employee Experience, and Total Rewards) to ensure employee data is accurate and processes between departments are operating at optimum efficiency.
- Performs other related job duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. Preferred Education and Experience:Some college
